The Street Sheet (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides an SMS text message service (“SMS Alerts” or “Service”), referred to as “Street Beeps”, that delivers market updates, stock alerts, marketing and promotional material, and other relevant information to subscribers. By signing up for or using our SMS Alerts, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.
1.1 Enrollment & Consent
By opting into our SMS Alerts, you expressly consent to receive automated and non-automated text messages from The Street Sheet to the mobile number you provided at the time of subscription. These messages may include:

Announcements
You understand that consent is not a condition of purchase and that message and data rates may apply per your mobile carrier’s standard messaging rates.

We are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

When you opt into The Street Sheet SMS Alerts, “Street Beeps” we may collect:

Your consent records (date/time of opt-in)
Interaction data (e.g., message engagement, click-throughs)
