And, regardless, two out of three ain’t bad.

In 2010, a Grammy-winning artist passed on investing $200K in an emerging real estate disruptor. That stake could be worth $100+ million today.
One year later, another real estate disruptor, Zillow, went public. This time, everyday investors had regrets, missing pre-IPO gains.
Now, a new real estate innovator, Pacaso – founded by a former Zillow exec – is disrupting a $1.3T market. And unlike the others, you can invest in Pacaso as a private company.
Pacaso’s co-ownership model has generated $1B+ in luxury home sales and service fees, earned $110M+ in gross profits to date, and received backing from Maveron, Greycroft, and more. They even reserved the Nasdaq ticker PCSO.
And you can join them for just $2.90/share. Just don’t wait. Pacaso’s opportunity officially ends September 18.

CAMECO’S NUCLEAR OPTION

From Mine to Megawatt
Looking for a one-stop shop to play the nuclear boom? CLSA says look no further than Cameco $CCJ ( ▲ 2.69% ).
CLSA analyst Max Hopkins initiated coverage with an Outperform rating this week, setting a $102 price target — more than 28% above today’s close. Hopkins described the Canadian firm as “the most comprehensive play for the nuclear rejuvenation theme,” pointing to its reach across the nuclear fuel value chain.
Shares are already up about 52% this year, as nuclear demand gains momentum worldwide. CLSA said Cameco’s businesses could give customers an end-to-end pathway, from uranium mining to fuel fabrication to reactors.
An Integrated Model
Cameco is best known for uranium mining, with major operations in Saskatchewan and Kazakhstan that produced more than 34 million pounds in 2024.
But its exposure stretches further. The company owns 49% of Westinghouse, whose AP1000 reactor design is expected to play a role in new capacity builds in North America and Europe.
It also controls about a quarter of the nuclear fuel fabrication market and owns a stake in Global Laser Enrichment, with the option to boost its position to 75%. CLSA argues this integrated approach could let Cameco benefit from both new plant construction and servicing the existing reactor fleet.
Over-React-ion?
Hopkins cautioned that the biggest risk to Cameco’s outlook is not company-specific but sector-wide: a nuclear accident that derails momentum.
Other challenges include operational setbacks and geopolitical tensions, particularly with joint ventures abroad.
Still, the firm’s broad exposure across mining, enrichment, and reactor technology may leave it uniquely positioned if nuclear energy expands as part of the global clean power mix.

Institutional investors back startups to unlock outsized returns. Meanwhile, regular investors have to wait. But not anymore. Thanks to regulatory updates, some companies are doing things differently.
Take Revolut. In 2016, 433 regular people invested an average of $2,730. Today? That’s worth $1+ million, up 89,900%. No wonder thousands are taking the chance on Pacaso.
