📺 "Net" Gains

Plus, two titans try to outstream the streamers.

HAPPY FRIDAY TO THE STREET.

Wall Street just wrapped its best week in months — and no, you’re not dreaming. The S&P 500 notched its fifth straight win, powered by a tech surge led by Nvidia $NVDA ( ▼ 2.06% ), Meta $META ( ▼ 0.17% ), and Apple $AAPL ( ▼ 0.58% ). All this despite consumer sentiment hitting its second-lowest level ever and inflation expectations ticking higher. Turns out, when it comes to markets, vibes are optional.

Most car factories like Ford or Tesla reportedly build one car per minute. Isn’t it time we do that for houses?

BOXABL believes they have the potential to disrupt a massive and outdated trillion dollar building construction market by bringing assembly line automation to the home industry.

Since securing their initial prototype order from SpaceX and a subsequent project order of 156 homes from the Department of Defense, BOXABL has made substantial strides in streamlining their manufacturing and order process. BOXABL is now delivering to developers and consumers. And they just reserved the ticker symbol BXBL on Nasdaq*

BOXABL has raised over $170M from over 40,000 investors since 2020. They recently achieved a significant milestone: raising over 50% of their Reg A+ funding limit! BOXABL is now only accepting investment on their website until the Reg A+ is full.

Tomorrow's Trade Idea, Today

Netflix’s Blockbuster Year

Standing Strong

2025 has been rocky for the market, but Netflix $NFLX ( ▲ 0.64% ) has stood strong, rising nearly 33% since the start of the year and well outperforming the broader market.

Its market cap is now nearing $500 billion, and investors are starting to view it as a defensive play thanks to its reliance on imported content, not goods, which helps protect it from trade disputes. Even tariff threats on foreign films barely made an impact due to the company’s flexibility.

Strong Growth…At a Price

The stock’s recent rally has pushed its valuation to a whopping 43 times future earnings, well above its peers and market averages. However, historical trends suggest that this price might not be too steep after all.

Over the past five years, it has transformed from a risky spender into a reliable growth engine. Strategist Ben James highlighted the fact that its margins have risen from 4.5% to 27%, and could reach 50% by 2030.

It operates on a self-sustaining growth loop where users fund more content, which attracts more users, and so on. This is the key to its ability to maintain momentum.

Expansion Beyond Streaming

Netflix currently has 301.6 million subscribers and a target market of up to 1 billion homes, leaving it plenty of room for continued expansion. New revenue streams like ad-supported plans, which brought in 24 million users, are growing fast. AI could help make them even more profitable.

Beyond streaming, Netflix has been branching into real-world experiences with things like live sports events, restaurants and entertainment venues.

Analysts expect strong earnings growth through 2027 and, despite its high valuation, believe the stock could be a bargain in disguise.
