HAPPY TUESDAY TO THE STREET

Are Lululemon (LULU) investors delulu lemmings?

Founder Chip Wilson, for one, seems to think the athletic wear firm is living up to the back-half of its name. He's pushing three board nominees at the June 25 proxy vote, with shares down 75% from their late-2023 high.

When the guy who built the brand is the one calling for change, it might be time to step back from the cliff.

WHAT WILL NVIDIA SAY ON TOMORROW’S EARNINGS CALL?

Nvidia (NVDA) reports earnings tomorrow. HSBC (HSBC) just raised its price target to $325 and expects another beat-and-raise, but if recent history shows us anything, it’s that no one can predict how the market will respond to Nvidia’s results, miss or beat.

Makes sense, then, that some investors prefer to just bet on the buzzwords Jensen Huang will drop on the call. "Gaming" is all but guaranteed, trading at 97¢. "Tariff" is at 57¢, with "Trump" in the mix at 41¢. If you’re looking for a long shot, a pivot to “VR / Virtual Reality” is priced at just 21¢.

Market Movers

MARVELL, TOLL BROS, HOME DEPOT

📈 | Marvell Technology (MRVL) popped after Evercore (EVR) ISI raised its price target to $155.

📉 | Toll Brothers (TOL) slid as the 10-year Treasury yield hit its highest level since January 2025.

📈 | Home Depot (HD) gained after Q1 sales and profit topped Street estimates.

📉 | Akamai (AKAM) tumbled on a proposed $2.6B convertible senior notes offering.

📈 | Micron Technology (MU) bounced as memory chip names rebounded from a three-day selloff.

Front-Row Upgrade

Curry Baker is calling for an encore. The Guggenheim analyst upgraded StubHub to Buy and lifted his price target to $12.50, saying the worst has passed for the ticket reseller. Shares have stumbled out of the gate in 2026 as concert and event sales sagged. But Baker thinks the second-half setup is ripe for a rally.

Catalysts on Deck

Baker's thesis rests on three pillars:

  1. Street expectations have been reset, leaving an extremely low bar on Direct Issuance and Advertising, where any progress translates to upside.

  2. Growth should reaccelerate from Q2 onward, fueled by World Cup ticket demand in June and July, lapping May's all-in pricing changes.

  3. Easy Q4 comparisons.

Street Still Skeptical

The rest of the Street isn't buying it yet. Nine of the 15 analysts covering STUB rate it a Hold, with Baker's $12.50 target topping the consensus. Shares are deep in the red year-to-date, though they recently posted their best day on record after a Q1 beat. Baker thinks the comeback tour is just getting started.
