Wolfe Research isn't losing sleep over the hyperscaler arms race.

Analyst Shweta Khajuria reiterated her Outperform rating on Amazon and nudged her price target higher, betting AI will power the next leg of growth.

The linchpin is Bedrock, the AWS service developers use to build generative AI apps.

Khajuria argues Amazon can keep growing its top line even if the market shifts toward open-weight models. The analyst estimates Bedrock margins will top 50% in 2027. Not bad for a product most Prime members have never heard of.

Wolfe also expects generative AI demand to offset pressure elsewhere. Khajuria sees tighter supply chain management countering inventory-driven margin squeeze, while faster delivery keeps stealing e-commerce share.

Prime Video, Grocery, Kuiper, and Alexa+ round out the catalyst list.

Wolfe isn't howling alone. Of 66 analysts covering Amazon, 62 rate it a Buy or Strong Buy, with just four Holds.

Shares have climbed over the past six months, despite slipping today. For a company that sells just about everything, Wall Street's favorite Amazon product might be the stock.
