HAPPY FRIDAY TO THE STREET

Generative AI has discovered nostalgia, and the result feels like someone left a VHS tape in the microwave.

Sora’s videos are packed with flawless “’90s teens,” dreamy suburbs, and zero reality. It’s the past reimagined by a bot that’s never met a human, let alone lived through dial-up, chain wallets, or Y2K panic.

All of which raises the question: who is AI slop really for? Here’s one writer’s answer.

AI data centers are overwhelming America’s power grid.

Paladin Power’s US-engineered Energy Storage System (ESS) delivers 10X more power than Tesla’s Powerwall — without fire risk or inflated cost.

Its patented inverter powers entire homes from one sleek, compact unit — 80% smaller than traditional setups.

Backed by $200M in proprietary patents and 3,000+ investors, Paladin is scaling fast as the ESS market hits record growth. This is a rare chance to get in early.

‘TOO COMPELLING TO IGNORE’

A Fresh Look at a Healthcare Platform

Raymond James $RJF ( ▲ 1.1% ) just upgraded Doximity $DOCS ( ▲ 8.62% ) to Strong Buy, calling the digital health company “too compelling to ignore.” The firm cut its price target slightly from $75 to $65, but the new one still implies nearly 29% upside from today’s close.

Shares have slipped this year after a sharp pullback following fiscal second-quarter results. Analyst Brian Peterson described that drop as a “significant dislocation,” arguing that the stock’s valuation does not reflect its fundamentals.

At roughly 25x free cash flow, he believes Doximity now trades at an unusual discount to other vertical software companies.

Durable Growth Drivers

Peterson highlighted what he calls the company’s three M’s: moat, margin, and management. In his view, each remains intact.

Some investors have worried about seasonality in Doximity’s business. Raymond James sees it differently. Peterson wrote that near-term shifts do not reflect the company’s long-term growth trajectory. Instead, he believes visibility is improving.

Doximity has consistently grown 2-3x faster than broader digital budgets. Peterson expects that pace to continue. He pointed to rising workflow adoption, expansion across multiple products, and increasing use of the client portal as signals that share gains are durable rather than cyclical.

The company’s discount to peers also stands out. Historically, Doximity traded at a premium to its vertical software group. Today, it trades below the group despite stronger margins and higher expected growth.

Putting AI to Work

Raymond James also sees AI as a new monetization lever for Doximity. As medical professionals adopt more digital tools, Peterson expects AI-driven products to support higher engagement and additional revenue streams.

Shares remain down almost 6% this year. But with improving fundamentals, strong profitability, and a clearer long-term roadmap, Raymond James believes Doximity offers rare value in the digital health space.
