HAPPY MONDAY TO THE STREET.
Wall Street’s favorite watch lately has been the labor market. But will the show get unceremoniously cancelled before the finale?
If the US government fails to avert a shutdown before midnight on Oct. 1, we won’t get the jobs report due Friday, Oct. 3 — at least not on time. That could raise more lingering questions for observers than the final episodes of Game of Thrones, Lost, and The Sopranos combined.
On a related note, depending on how today’s Senate session goes, tomorrow morning’s JOLTS report could go from a midseason filler to must-see TV overnight…

You may know this, because countless economists have predicted that the so-called Silver Tsunami could be one of the biggest market shifts in recent memory.
But you might not know the one small-cap stock that sits at the tip of the spear of this mega-trend.
We’re revealing the name exclusively to Street Sheet Research subscribers on Oct. 1, 2025. Don’t miss your chance to catch the wave.

Tomorrow's Trade Idea, Today
JPM IS BUGGING OUT ABOUT THIS STOCK

A Resilient Business Model
JPMorgan $JPM ( ▼ 0.12% ) initiated coverage of Rollins $ROL ( ▲ 0.15% ) with an Overweight rating and a $70 price target, implying about 20% upside from today’s close.
Rollins operates pest, termite, and wildlife control services through brands such as Orkin, Critter Control, and McCall. Analyst Tomohiko Sano argued that Rollins combines one of the most resilient models in the Industrials sector with a vast untapped market opportunity.
About 80% of revenue comes from recurring service contracts, which JPMorgan noted creates a reliable growth trajectory. That stability, Sano said, makes the company a unique compounder within a $20 billion-plus US industry.
Plenty of Room to Grow
According to JPMorgan, Rollins has only penetrated about 15% of the domestic market, leaving significant headroom for expansion. The firm highlighted opportunities in both residential and commercial services, as well as select international markets where Rollins is building share.
Operational efficiency may also help. The company has rolled out a new enterprise resource planning system and boasts higher technician retention and productivity than many peers.
Combined with its multi-brand strategy, JPMorgan believes Rollins can deliver high single-digit organic growth — before factoring in mergers and acquisitions, which could add another 2% to 3% annually.
Risks and Street View
Rollins shares are up 26% year to date, moderately outpacing the broader market. The stock has gained traction in a year when investors have gravitated toward durable growth stories.
Analysts, however, remain divided. Seven firms rate Rollins a Buy or Strong Buy, while seven call it a Hold, according to LSEG. Potential risks include climate change and extreme weather events, which could alter pest populations and disrupt demand.
Even so, JPMorgan pointed out that the pest control business has historically proven resilient through macroeconomic uncertainty. With the line between market observers and doomsday preppers increasingly blurred, there might be worse things to have in your portfolio than a cockroach.

When it comes to a trend like the Silver Tsunami, time is of the essence. You have to catch the wave before it breaks.
Case in point: Our analyst originally wrote and submitted his first large-cap idea on July 19th, 2025. At the time, it was trading at little more than $280 per share. Today, it’s trading closer to $350. It gained nearly 25% in less than three months.
We sat on the first draft of the report because we were finalizing our Street Sheet Research program — but now feel quite foolish for not acting sooner.
Don’t make the same mistake and wait too long. Sign up for Street Sheet Research today to get the one small-cap stock our analyst believes will benefit the most from the trend — plus, the aforementioned large-cap idea as a bonus report.
That’s two potential ways to play this mega-trend for the price of one. But only if you move fast — the subscriber-exclusive reports drop Oct. 1.
